These terms explain the rules for using snappcartonline.com and buying from SnapCart. Please read them before placing an order.
This website, snappcartonline.com (the “Site”), is operated by SnapCart (“SnapCart”, “we”, “us” or “our”), based at 1401 Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham, Alabama 35242, United States. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to everyone who visits the Site or buys from us, whether as a guest or with an account.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to, including our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you’re younger, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate, current information and update it if it changes. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.
We aim to describe and photograph every product accurately. However, colours may vary slightly between screens, and minor differences in packaging or design can occur from batch to batch. Sizes, measurements and weights are approximate. If a product isn’t as described, your remedy is to return it under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Products are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Please read any instructions, warnings and age guidance that come with a product before using it.
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. This confirmation isn’t yet acceptance of your order; a contract is formed when we ship your items.
We may refuse or cancel an order — or limit quantities per person, household, address or payment method — for example if an item is unavailable, there’s a pricing error, we suspect fraud or reselling, or we can’t verify your payment or address. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor; card details are encrypted and are never stored on our servers. By paying, you confirm you’re authorised to use the payment method, and you authorise us to charge it for the total amount of your order, including tax and shipping.
We ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is $5.99, and free on orders of $50 or more, unless a different offer is shown at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers, holidays and weather. Please make sure your delivery address is correct; we’re not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered.
You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Once delivered, most items can be returned within 14 days. Full details, including exceptions and refund timings, are in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, can’t be exchanged for cash, and — unless stated otherwise — only one code can be used per order. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time, and may cancel orders that misuse a code.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product photos and design — belong to SnapCart or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal shopping use, but you may not reproduce, distribute or use our content commercially without our written permission. Brand names that appear in product descriptions belong to their respective owners.
If you post a review, comment or photo, you confirm it’s your own honest opinion, that you have the right to share it, and that it isn’t unlawful, offensive or misleading. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with the Site. We may remove any content at our discretion.
The Site may contain links to, or use services from, third parties such as payment processors and delivery carriers. We don’t control third-party websites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
We work to keep the Site accurate, secure and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Except as stated in these Terms or required by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any manufacturer’s warranty that comes with a product is passed on to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapCart and its owners, employees and partners won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
You agree to indemnify and hold SnapCart harmless from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and applicable US federal law. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Alabama, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top. Changes apply to orders placed after they’re posted.
