Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refund Details

  • All product costs will be fully refunded.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. A flat rate of $9.99 for shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

Example: If your order total was $50, you will be refunded $40.01.
