05Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:

  • Essential cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you signed in and make checkout work. The Site can’t function properly without them.
  • Analytics cookies to see which pages are popular and fix problems.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the Site — such as the cart — may not work.

06Marketing emails

We’ll only send you marketing emails if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us. You’ll still receive essential messages about your orders.

07How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations — generally up to seven years. Account information is kept while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your data, we’ll do so unless we’re legally required to keep it.

08Security

The whole Site is protected with SSL/TLS encryption, payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant processor, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

09Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Ask us to delete your information;
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format;
  • Opt out of marketing at any time.

To make a request, email sales@snappcartonline.com. We’ll verify your identity and respond within 30 days. If you have an account, you can also update your details in My Account.

10California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We don’t sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. To make a request, email sales@snappcartonline.com.

11Children

The Site is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
